How do I place an order? 

Customers may contact me through my "Order Here" button at the top of my website

How much time do you need for custom orders? 

My calendar fills up fast, especially during holidays, so I need a two week minimum to reserve your order. This allows plenty of time to research ideas and images, go over possible designs, and to special order needed supplies such as cookie cutters, etc. For larger orders, several months in advance is highly recommended, especially for weddings and other special events.

(Occasionally I can fit in last minute orders. A $20 fee will apply to all orders with less than 2 weeks lead time.)

Is there a minimum order requirement? 

Yes, one dozen minimum for Vanilla Butter custom orders standard size and up. Two dozen minimum for Vanilla Almond, Double Chocolate Chip, and Lemon Vanilla Bean.

 

Why do decorated cookies cost more than regular cookies? 

A lot of time goes into each custom order for decorated cookies. It takes several hours to research cookie designs, shop for supplies, prepare dough, roll, cut out, and bake each cookie, and the most time consuming…preparing icing colors and the actual decorating, which is very time consuming. Decorated cookies are a work of ART :)

 

Do you offer quantity discounts? 

Yes, I do. For 200 cookies or more, depending on design, I will price differently for your event.

 

I don’t know what design I’d like? 

I love to help make suggestions for cookie designs! I make suggestions based on the theme of your event, or from seeing your invitation or decorations! Contact me and together we can come up with awesome cookies for your event!

No Change Clause

Once we have emailed and confirmed colors, designs, theme, etc - There are no last minute changes to be made unless approved by me

Do you offer gluten free or sugar free cookies? 

Unfortunately we do not offer any gluten free or sugar free items.

Are your cookies vegan?

No,we use eggs and butter in our recipe.

What type of packaging do you offer? 

Each individual cookie is heat sealed in a cellophane bag. A $.30 charge will be added to each cookie if you choose to have them bowed.
